Epic Values

Five core values motivate us and drive our passion to serve at-risk youth in our community:

Security

We believe that all youth need and deserve secure housing, nutritious food, and healthy relationships

Education

We believe  every youth should have the opportunity to focus on education without concern for rest, mental strength, or lack of support

Inspiration

We believe that working together as a community, our staff, volunteers, and partners will help youth feel inspired to work toward transformation and hope

Leadership & Coaching

We believe in celebrating milestones and goals as youth seek independence and long-term success

Resources

One of the most important aspects of our organization is to provide resources to any young seeking to experience epic transformation into leadership.

If we don’t have the support in place, we often refer someone to other places to find the help that is needed. Then we follow up on the users experience and if it isn’t optimal we provide other avenues. Our goal is that no one that desires help and is willing to pursue greatness, be left behind.
